Aerofin Laboratories are able to  conduct various qualitative and quantitative tests on materials in order to evaluate their performance. Tests include but are not limited to:

• Inter granular attack (IGA) and end grain pitting (EGP) evaluation. To determine a processes impact on a material, alternatively to test a materials susceptibility to IGA & EGP.
• Hydrogen embrittlement testing to evaluate plating and coating service environments.
• Microhardness testing to determine the hardness of a material or coating.
• Thickness determination by cross sectional examination & eddy current.
